Condition every time the hair is wet.

Comb conditioner through the hair to ensure even distribution.

Use conditioners containing organic High, Medium, and Low Molecular Weight Proteins

Avoid conditioners that contain synthetic oils.  Dimethicone, Amidimethicone, Cyclotrimethicone (just to name a
few) create excessive build up and harden the hair over time.

Avoid oils (such as Moroccan and Argon) .  These products cause build-up and negatively impact chemical
services.

To maintain proper pH levels, limit the final rinse of conditioners to 30 seconds or less.

Always towel dry hair after shampooing and before applying conditioner.
Your body manufactures and excretes a substance called sebum.

Sebum acts as a lubricant for the scalp and provides shine and suppleness to the hair shaft.

Brushing with a natural fiber brush absorbs and distributes sebum throughout the hair shaft resulting in the
following:

Increased blood circulation on the scalp resulting in a healthier environment in which hair can grow.

Helps protect the hair from environmental, chemical and mechanical damage.

Provides shine and suppleness

Brush
once a day only with a boar bristle brush for a period of 5 - 10 minutes on dry hair
(we recommend doing this right before going to sleep).
